Modern fitness center and engaging lobby environment.

During my stay, the front desk was frequently unstaffed, making it frustrating to get assistance. I also found it odd that I had to retrieve clean towels myself from the front desk. no one checked in our room. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. it seemed like the cleaning staff had missed many areas, as the floors appeared to have not been cleaned properly.

my stay at tru by hilton was almost decent, but the sticky floors and empty shampoo bottles really ruined the ambiance. i also found it outrageous that no one bothered to clean my room even once, and can you believe they didn’t even offer me an upgrade? what do i have to do for special treatment here?

I enjoyed my stay at Tru By Hilton Troy Detroit, Mi. The staff was incredibly friendly and the lobby area was a wonderful place to relax or gather with family. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-presented breakfast options.

ideal spot for city strolls and nearby parks

i had a fantastic stay with a spacious king room that provided a cozy retreat after long walks exploring the nearby parks and attractions, including the charming starr jaycee park just over 4 km away and the bustling oakland mall shopping center almost 2 km from the hotel.

The staff were really friendly and outgoing, and the lobby area was a great place for family gatherings, especially with a pool table there, even if it was missing the cue ball, we managed to have some fun. The bed was super comfortable, and even though breakfast was not extravagant, it got the job done, and I appreciated having multiple yogurt flavors in the morning.

The rooms were comfortable and it was great to enjoy the pool area. We also checked out the nearby theater, which was awesome. The breakfast had plenty of options to fuel our day. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is well-kept and trendy, with a lovely saltwater pool and ample charging ports in the room. However, the absence of a microwave limits convenience, and the breakfast options could use more variety to cater to everyone.

The modern décor and comfortable rooms made my stay enjoyable. I loved the saltwater pool and easy USB access for charging.

It was just a suitable option for a short stint in Troy with excellent value for money. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help when I needed something from the front desk. If you need extra amenities, ask. they can assist you even if not available in the room.
